HOW IT WORKS
From first conversation
to a better way of working.
We’ll choose one pain point to address, agree what should improve and test the automation on the work you do every day.
Show me how it works
Walk me through how your business works, the tools you use and your pain points. I’ll check whether a feature you already have could do the job.
Agree the scope and costs
We agree what I’ll build and the monthly price. I’ll set out support, cancellation terms and any separate software or running costs, including during the trial.
I build it. You try it.
I build the agreed automation for free. Your 30 days start when it goes live, so you can try it on real enquiries, bookings or paperwork.
Keep it if it helps
We review what changed and how much work it saves you. Continue at the agreed monthly price, or cancel before your trial ends.

MEET PARIS
Work directly with
the person building it.
I’m Paris Brooker, an automation specialist operating out of Southwark. My background is in software development and cloud infrastructure: connecting systems, automating routine work and keeping it running reliably.
I’ll get to know your business and its pain points, explain the options in plain English and build a solution around the way you work. You’ll work with me from the first conversation through to ongoing support.

What could
work better?
Tell me about your business, your pain points and what you’d like to improve. A few lines is enough to start. We’ll work out the right approach together.

What does the free build include?
The £0 offer covers building one automation within the scope we agree: what it does, which tools it connects and how we’ll test it. Your 30 days to try it start at go-live. I’ll set out any separate software, hosting or usage charges before you commit, including anything payable during the trial.
What will I pay for after the trial?
You’ll receive a written quote before the build. It sets out the monthly price, what the service covers, how support works and any costs billed separately. You can continue at that price or cancel before the 30-day trial ends. We also confirm when billing starts, how to cancel and what happens to the automation if you stop.
Will I have to change software?
We start with the tools you use. Sometimes their built-in features are enough; sometimes connecting them removes more of the work. I’ll check what your software and subscription allow before proposing a build.
Does it need AI, or send things without me?
Many useful automations follow clear rules. AI can help interpret an enquiry or prepare a draft when the task calls for it. Before the build, we decide which actions happen automatically and which need your approval.
Where would my automation run?
It may run in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, software you already use or a cloud service that connects them. The example pages show possible setups. For your project, we confirm where it runs, who owns the accounts and what information it can access.
How is my information handled on this website?
When you submit the form, Cloudflare processes your business name, email address and message and delivers the enquiry to my Microsoft 365 inbox. I use those details to reply and discuss your request. Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and connection information to help prevent spam. This website has no advertising or analytics trackers, and does not store a separate database of enquiries. Cloudflare also processes connection data to host and secure the website. Please don’t include passwords or sensitive customer information. Email outreach@parisbrooker.co.uk to ask about your information or request deletion. Access needed for a project is agreed separately.
